For one-to-one therapy, we offer a free initial consultation of up to 50 minutes, available either face-to-face or online. During this appointment we will discuss your needs and explain the different talking therapies we provide.

Following the consultation, if you decide to continue, we will match you with the most suitable practitioner based on your preferences, needs, availability, and budget. We aim to contact you with our recommendations within 2-3 weeks of your consultation appointment.
